Service Description

*All levels* A rejuvenating 60-minute session focused on spinal alignment and muscle recovery using the Reformer, mat, barre, spine corrector, and various props to promote myofascial release. This class combines controlled movements with deep stretching to improve flexibility and core stability infused with aromatherapy in a relaxing spa-like setting. Other focuses will be on breath work and meditation. Perfect reset!
